Met Jellyfish For The First Time In Lembongan

Snorkeling!

Hi! Im back!
I’m coming for keeping my promise in my previous post. Yup, telling about my snorkeling experience in Lembongan Island!

After surrounding the mangrove forest, we started to our best part of this trip : snorkeling! We started at around 10 a.m. The weather in Bali is so hot. I don’t understand why our land have so long dry season. But it’s benefit is, we can do snorkeling all the time.

We did snorkeling for 3 sessions. First session, I swam in the deep ocean. Little bit dark right there, and the waves are pretty strong. The view is scared me, but I am so amazed. Scared and amazed in the same time, how to describe that feeling? We actually can’t diving right there, because of the strong waves. Most of the guests are pretty scared, so they are just floated. Me to actually, but tried so hard for diving. But, I failed.

The water is so cold and it makes us felt so good, because the season in Bali at that months are dry. Super hot maybe! I can say, maybe almost 35 degrees. So, I preferred to stayed under the water.

After that, we moved to the second location. That place is pretty deep also, but not as deep as the first place. And then, something just surprised me. I saw something like plastic floating on the water. Im curious and want to see it clearly. And yep, it was jellyfishes!

They are so pretty! It was my first time to see them! They are have a clear body, with some hologram colors. How can they have those colors?? I am so curious and felt so satisfied.

But the other guests actually not really felt satisfied as me, and they want to moved, because they are scared with jellyfish’s poison. Yeah, they are right. We should be careful of their poison.

And the last place is, the shallow ocean with so many pretty coral reefs! We spent about 30 minutes right there. We can play, and diving also. I tried to dive, and yup, I can! all guests also tried it and they can do that also. We enjoyed our time on that place.

Yup, that’s enough for our snorkeling trip in Lembongan Island. I hope I can do snorkeling for next opportunity. But I should be patience, because of corona virus pandemic. We are all should stay at home. I always hope that everything can be normal again.
